Kiddieland Daycare

Payment Policy
Weekly fees are due on Monday of each week for that week.

A $15.00 fee will be added to your account for any returned checks.  Checks will not be re-deposited, but will be held for cash redemption.

Past due accounts

1.  If your account is two weeks past due, a $50.00 fee will be added to your tuition.

2.  If your account is three weeks past due, your child will be dropped from the program.  If no arrangements are made with the Administrator, your account will be turned over to a collection agency and a 40% collection fee will be added.

3.  Your child cannot be re-enrolled.
Registration Fees

The Registration Fee of $30.00 is non-refundable.

The Registration Fee is per child.

  • Registration fees for the daycare can only be paid 2 weeks in advance of the child's starting date.

  • A child's spot at Kiddieland is only guaranteed if the registration fees are paid.

  • An annual fee of $10.00 will be assessed to the Toddlers, Rainbows, and Pre-K classes for supplies used during the year.  This will be paid in September.

  • An annual fee of $5.00 will be assessed for the before and after school program children.

School Age-No Public School Day (Daily + Weekly Rate) $10.00/day
The following is included in the weekly fee:
  • Transportation for school age children
  • Breakfast, Lunch and Snacks (outlined in nutrition section)
  • Formula and Baby food for infants (outlined in nutrition section)

There is a discount for multiple children from the same family attending the Learning Center when the total fee for one family is a minimum of $100.00.

The policy is that the full time rate is paid for the most expensive child.  Each additional child will receive a 20% discount on their rate.

Before and after school children are assessed an additional $10.00 per day when in attendance for a full day.  The multiple discount applies.  There is no additional charge for school delays.

Kiddieland's tax ID number will be provided upon request.
