Kiddieland is licensed by the Ohio Department of Human Services.  Our license showing licensed capacity is posted in the office of the Administrator.

The laws and rules governing Kiddieland are available upon written request from the Department of human Services.  if you have any questions or concerns you may call the Department of Human Services toll free at 1-800-282-1190.

A copy of the bi-annual inspection report or evaluation from the Fire Department and Health Department are available from the Department of Human Services.

Article 5101:2-12-34 of the Ohio Administrative Code lists the following standards concerning maximum number of children per staff member.  At least one child care staff member caring for:

• Every 12 preschool children who are three years old.

• Every 14 preschool children who are four years old or five years old, who are not school children.
