Kiddieland does not discriminate in the enrollment of children on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.

To be in compliance with the State of Ohio licensing regulations, all children enrolled must have a medical statement on file within 30 days of enrollment.  This medical form will be provided at the time of registration and must be signed by a licensed medical practitioner.  This form certifies that the child is free from communicable disease and has had the immunizations required by law.
