THE SCHOOL reserves the right to terminate a child’s enrollment if the administration determines it is not in the best interest of the child or the school to continue enrollment.

A TWO-WEEK notice is required if you withdraw your child from the center.

MESSAGES to the administrator should be in writing when possible.

PARENTS must notify the center in writing if anyone other than authorized persons will be picking up their child.

PLEASE NOTIFY the office of any changes in information concerning your child (i.e. changes of address, phone number, parent employment, etc.)

IF YOUR CHILD is ill or must be absent for any reason, please notify the office.

CLOTHING—coats, jackets, sweaters, caps, book bag, and other clothing should be CLEARLY MARKED WITH THE CHILD’S NAME.

VISITING Kiddieland is encouraged.  You are welcome to observe and visit your child at any time that is compatible with the daily schedule of their group.  Please contact the office when you plan to visit.

PARTIES—Classes will have seasonal parties.  Teachers may ask help from parents in supplying decorations and/or refreshments.  We also like to celebrate each child’s birthday.  Parents may provide refreshments, take pictures, etc.  You should notify the teacher if you are providing refreshments.  (Miniature cupcakes or cookies only)

FIELD TRIPS—Notices will be posted several days in advance of field trips.  Parents who are interested are welcome to accompany their children on field trips.  A permission slip must be signed by the parent for each field trip.  When the children are away from the center, a First Aid Kit will be sent with them.  A person trained in First Aid will be available on the trip.  A medical and dental authorization signed by the parent will also be sent with each child on the field trip.  Each shall have identification attached to them indicating the center’s name, address, and phone number.

PROGRESS REPORTS—Written reports of your child’s progress and development in the areas of social, physical, and academics will be sent home on a regular basis.

WE ARE REQUIRED by law to report any possible evidence of child abuse or neglect.

A ROSTER including names and telephone numbers of parents (with parental permission) will be available to parents upon request.
