A permission slip must be signed by the parent for each field trip.  When the children are away from the center, a First Aid Kit will be sent with them.  A person trained in First Aid will be available on the trip.

A medical and dental authorization signed by the parent will also be sent with each child on the field trip.  Each child shall have identification attached to them indicating the center's name, address, and phone number.

Routine transportation is available for school age children to local Sidney Elementary Schools.  A written permission slip will be kept on file at the center and updated annually at the start of the new school year.
